These are really nice! I like the simplicity of graphics solution and Curlz typeface. Also, the curved shape looks very good on this packaging. I'm not a big fan of gradients, however, I like it here! It works well for overall design. It's a clever idea to use a die-cut window in a shape of a flavor fruit; but might be complicated to cut by hand...I'm looking forward to see the 3-D mocks on Thursday.
I don't get the big ribbon. I liked the little circles before. It made it feel light, like marshmallows. This makes it so heavy. Also the typeface Curlz for "Miniature Marshmallows" is TOO cutesy, and it's so over used... usually in a bad way. I would stay away from it. I'm sure you can communicate fun and kid friendly without using a typeface like that.
I like the colors and the use of the gradient, it gives a soft feel that, I am also not really liking the ribbon because it doesnt say anything about marshmallows to me, more like pulled taffy or something. I also agree that the Curlz typeface needs to go, it makes it harder to take it seriously but you can still use a fun typeface. It also once again doesnt really add to the idea of marshmallows, maybe a typeface that is sort of puffy or ..something that relates more to the idea of marshmallows.
I would have liked to seen the front and back labels by themselves.
But, yeah... your design is looking a lot better. The only suggestion i would have for you is to re-think the top font that says "miniature..." Its too decorative and hard to read froma distance. I would stick to something similar to the bottom font you used for jet-puffed.
Other than that its looking great. Die-cuts look very cool.

The name of the product needs to be brought forward, it blends in with the package too much. I like the ribbon looking design though.
